Eagle Europe

To bring greater opportunities to our global customers, Eagle opened the European training center in 2013 in Málaga, Spain.

The 2,900 square foot training center serves as headquarters for Eagle’s European training operations and the hub for virtual training delivered internationally.

“Opening our training center in Spain was a natural progression for Eagle, bringing us closer to our clients who operate in Europe and across the globe,” said Eagle CEO Bob Cannan. “Málaga is growing as a regional business center, and we are proud to house our international training facility there."

The training center is located in Málaga’s Parque Tecnologicio de Andelucia, an international technology hub that houses offices of Oracle, Accenture, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Ericsson, and TDK, among others.

The center serves several functions for Eagle’s international training:

  • Headquarters for Eagle Europe trainers. Trainers prepare at the center before delivering training, becoming certified in the material they will train. Certification is an intensive process in which trainers demonstrate their master of content to ensure a quality training experience.
  • Staging area for virtual delivery. The center includes virtual training rooms from which trainers lead sessions remotely. Learners participate from any location, in any country, and interact with trainers via online video network.
  • Localization of training content. Multilingual trainers participate in the content review process. This ensures material meets the needs of local learners and is communicated effectively, with attention to proper language, visual cues, and social norms.
